Players who sign up to participate in any SPORTING Blue Valley program are placed on teams based upon a time/date stamp. Because of this, they assume a “spot” on a team that may not allow another player to participate. Therefore, this refund policy is in place to protect the player, the team, the coach and the overall program.
The registration fees are refundable minus a $25 administrative fee prior to August 1st for the fall season and February 1st for the spring season. After those dates, no refunds are issued.
Late Fees are non-refundable.
