PREMIER PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

Players who sign up to participate in any SPORTING Blue Valley program are placed on teams based upon a time/date stamp or a tryout. Because of this, they assume a “spot” on a team that may not allow another player to participate. Therefore, this refund policy is in place to protect the player, the team, the coach and the overall program.

Annual Club Fees – Club fees are non-refundable. (This also applies to Independent Premier teams.)

Coaching Fees – The first two months coaching fees of the year are non-refundable. During the season if fees are paid prior to the 5th of the month they are refundable. Coaching fees paid after the 5th of the month are non-refundable.

Registration Fees – Refundable minus a $25 administrative fee prior to the season. Once the league season has started no refunds are issued. (This also applies to Independent Premier teams.)

Uniform Fees – Not refundable if a uniform has been ordered – we advise parents to carefully check their order prior to its placement.
